Overview
Tiny Tom Donuts is seeking a dedicated Facilities and Sales Associate to support our vibrant team. This job will start off as a part-time positing with the opportunity to go full-time. This role combines responsibilities in maintaining a clean and safe environment with engaging customer interactions to promote our delicious products. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent service while ensuring our facilities are well-maintained. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of the storefront, and surrounding areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Making donuts, restocking the fridge, supporting our catering division.
- Conduct cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, dishes, cleaning the donut machine and trash removal.
- Assist with facilities maintenance, identifying minor repairs or issues and coordinating necessary repairs or reporting them to management.
- Support general maintenance activities to keep equipment and premises in optimal condition.
- Engage with customers by providing friendly service, answering questions about products, and promoting sales of Tiny Tom Donuts.
- Manage product displays and ensure cleanliness of the sales area to enhance customer experience.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Maintain safety standards by adhering to health codes and safety protocols during all activities.
Skills
- Must be comfortable working over a deep fryer.
- Experience or familiarity with cleaning procedures, including cleaning techniques is a bonus.
- Able to show up to work ready and willing to work.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers effectively.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable with good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, perform light lifting, and conduct routine cleaning tasks comfortably.
This role is vital in ensuring Tiny Tom Donuts remains a clean, welcoming environment for both customers and staff while actively supporting sales efforts through excellent customer service. All training will be provided.
Pay: $16.60-$17.60 per hour
