In short, we Build machines.
We don't build websites.
We don't build accounting software.
We build machines that move, print, inspect, communicate with sensors, and control industrial hardware in real time.
If you enjoy solving problems where software interacts directly with electronics, motion systems and mechanical equipment, you'll fit in well here.
About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Industrial Software Developer
Depending on your experience, you will participate in the design, development and maintenance of software controlling industrial printing and automation equipment.
You will work closely with mechanical, electrical and firmware engineers on products that integrate:
- Industrial inkjet technology
- Motion control
- Machine automation
- Vision systems
- PLCs
- Windows desktop applications
- Windows kernel drivers
- Embedded hardware
Every day is different. One week you may improve a modern C++ UI, the next you may debug communications with industrial hardware or optimize a Windows kernel driver.
What You'll Work On
- Modern C++ application development
- Windows desktop software (UI/UX)
- Windows kernel-mode driver development
- Industrial communication protocols
- PLC integration and machine automation
- Motion control systems
- Vision and imaging systems

Equivalent experience will also be considered.
Who Will Enjoy This Job
This position is for developers who enjoy making physical machines work.
If your passion is primarily web development, mobile apps, cloud platforms, ERP systems or business software, this role is probably not a good fit.
If your passion is around industrial automation, robotics, motion control, machine vision, embedded systems, electronics, or software that directly interacts with hardware, you'll feel at home here.
What We Offer
- Work on products shipped worldwide
- Modern C++ development
- Exposure to mechanics, electronics and industrial automation
- Small engineering team where your work has immediate impact
- Opportunity to work across software, hardware and machine design
- Long-term product development rather than contract work
- A great work environment for autonomous player
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
Application question(s):
- Have you developed software that directly controls industrial equipment, machinery, robotics, PLCs, embedded devices, or hardware?
- How many years of professional C++ experience do you have?
- Describe one project where your software interacted directly with hardware or industrial equipment.
