Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Seasonal Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate orders using POS systems, including Micros POS, and relay them to kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Ensure tables are clean, sanitized, and properly set before and after service
- Manage guest inquiries professionally, providing excellent customer service and guest support
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support smooth restaurant operations
- Maintain a clean work environment in compliance with sanitation standards
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service
Qualifications
- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, especially in serving roles
- Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle food safely and adhere to sanitation standards
- Basic math skills for cashiering and transaction management
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Experience with food handling, food safety procedures, and food industry standards
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and sales
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work during peak seasons as needed

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
