Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets company standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role
- Knowledge of meal preparation and food service techniques
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Understanding of food handling and safety regulations

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced line cook to join our team. If you have at least 3 years of comparable experience on the line, strong breakfast skills and plays well with others, you might be just what we are looking for.
This position is for 3 to 4 shifts a week, potentially more depending on experience as well as vacation/sick coverage as needed. Our morning shift is 6am to 2pm, afternoon shift is 2pm to 8pm.
