We are actively recruiting EXPERIENCED, highly motivated Landscape construction FOREMEN. We desire candidates who demonstrate reliability and integrity and commitment who want to grow with our team.
Key Duties include:
- Responsible for working as a FOREMAN under the direct supervision of the Project Manager.
- Responsible for completing construction landscape installation jobs in an efficient manner.
- Promoting job worksite safety.
- Work closely with Lead hand and Laborers in installation of landscape construction projects.
- Always represent the company’s best interest, maintain the highest level of professionalism.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Maintain and care for company equipment, tools and vehicles.
- Perform highly physical installation work on a consistent basis.
- Work as part of a team and take direction and provide direction to your direct reports.
- Attend training classes and seminars as requested by management
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned / instructed by Project Manager
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in high-end residential/commercial landscape construction build
- Ability to layout and install a landscape from drawings and plans.
- Proven experience in HARDSCAPE construction ie: interlocking/retaining walls etc.
- Knowledge of excavation, backfilling, and compaction.
- A great understanding of proper principles and procedures of grading and drainage.
- Experience with the safe operation of track loaders, mini excavators, compaction equipment and other power tools.
- Knowledge of Safety Practices.
- You are career focused with a desire to grow with the company long-term
- A vehicle and a valid G class license with a clean drivers abstract.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to work long hours.
