Job Overview
We are seeking a licensed automotive technician to expand our team. Our shop specializes and works exclusively on European brands and Tesla. Experience with these brands is not required as you'll be provided training and help along the way. We work with dealer level diag. tools and supply you the information and with every special tool needed to complete the job properly and efficiently.

The pay is hybrid with guaranteed base pay plus productivity bonus. All our techs earn more than $40/hr providing their productivity remains above 80%.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on automobiles, including engine, transmission, brake systems, and electrical components.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized diagnostic equipment to identify issues accurately.
- Conduct maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid replacements, and system inspections.
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex systems effectively.
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate repair findings clearly to customers or team members.
- Adhere to safety protocols during all repair activities to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
- Minimum of one year as a licensed technician.
This role requires a motivated individual with a strong work ethic who is committed to delivering high-quality service while maintaining safety standards across all tasks performed.
Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
