What You’ll Do:
Perform Maintenance & Repairs: Conduct diagnostic tests, repairs, and maintenance on all Porsche vehicles, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Ensure Excellence: Maintain Porsche’s exceptional reputation for craftsmanship by ensuring each job is completed to exacting specifications with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the service team to identify and resolve any vehicle issues promptly and effectively.
Stay Current: Continuously upgrade technical knowledge by participating in manufacturer-sponsored training and remaining up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and best practices.
Customer Communication: Keep clients informed about the status of their vehicle, explaining complex technical issues in a clear and friendly manner.
Maintain a Clean and Safe Workspace: Uphold a clean and organized work area that follows health and safety standards, ensuring the safety of yourself and your colleagues.
What We’re Looking For:
Certification: Must hold a valid Journeyperson Technician Certificate or be a Porsche-certified technician.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as an automotive technician, preferably in a dealership or luxury car environment.
Passion for Porsche: A deep appreciation for the Porsche brand, and a desire to work with top-tier vehicles.
Attention to Detail: Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair issues with precision and care.
Team Player: Strong communication skills and a positive attitude with the ability to work well with colleagues and clients.
Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills to effectively address technical issues and provide solutions.
Adaptability: Eagerness to continue learning and grow in an ever-evolving automotive industry.
