Duties

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to enhance customer experience

- Maintain a friendly and professional phone etiquette at all times

Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related roles preferred
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual) required
