Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Field Scout to join our team. This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting research, and supporting the sales pipeline through effective lead generation and outreach. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent acquisition, and experience with various HR and CRM systems. Duties
- Conduct targeted research to identify prospective clients and talent pools using tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, iCIMS, Workday, and HRIS platforms like UltiPro, ADP, Kronos, and PeopleSoft
- Engage in cold calling and outreach efforts to generate leads and establish initial contact with potential candidates or clients
- Assist in interviewing candidates and evaluating their suitability for various roles through effective communication and assessment techniques
- Support talent acquisition initiatives by sourcing candidates via ATS systems such as Lever and Workday
- Collaborate with HR teams on employee relations, onboarding processes, and training & development programs
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, candidate pipelines, and client interactions within HRIS and ATS platforms
- Participate in lead generation activities to expand the company's market presence and client base
- Develop rapport with prospects through consistent follow-up and personalized communication strategies
- Support the recruitment process by leveraging tools like iCIMS, Salesforce, PeopleSoft, and other HR technology systems
Qualifications
- Proven experience or familiarity with sales, recruiting, or talent acquisition processes
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent interviewing abilities
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday, UltiPro, ADP), ATS platforms (Lever, iCIMS), CRM tools (Salesforce), and time management systems (Kronos) is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential for effective outreach and relationship building
- Ability to conduct research efficiently using various online platforms and databases
- Knowledge of employee relations principles and HR sourcing strategies is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales is advantageous but not mandatory
