Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a residential maintenance crew
Perform lawn care, yard maintenance, trimming, and landscaping tasks
Ensure all work is completed to company standards and client satisfaction
Maintain equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed
Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in residential lawn and yard care
Clean driver’s abstract
Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
