What is the position responsible for?

Administer client onboarding process including the gathering of information and document processing
-
Manage and maintain client information and communicate with clients to update as necessary
-
Prepare professional correspondence and reports, documents, and files;

Respond to requests for information in a timely manner;
-
Service clients’ general day-to-day requests;
-
Communicate internally with various operational and administrative departments;
-
Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software;
-
Manage our WOW client service program.

Education and Experience

Minimum 1 years of administrative experience; and

Post-secondary education.
Licenses and Certifications

CIRO license or ability to become licensed within 6 months of hiring.

Salary Range: Base salary of $45,000-$55,000 with additional performance and other bonuses/incentives.
Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, internal equity, and other job requirements.
