Reputable company is looking for a General Labourer to join their distribution warehouse in Mississauga. This role requires lifting 50-60lbs daily and walking and standing for long period of time.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm or 6am-2:30pm
Pay: $21/hr
Responsibilities
- Pick orders using RF Scanners
- Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, equipment, and products throughout the manufacturing process
- Support the setup, maintenance, and organization of the manufacturing or warehouse area
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working environment for all team members
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments, ensuring proper handling of goods
- Support general facility cleaning and organization to promote efficiency and safety
Skills
- Proficiency in RF Scanners
- Previous distribution and/or manufacturing facility experience preferred
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting consistently
- Knowledge of safety procedures relevant to heavy lifting and industrial work environments
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards safety and efficiency
- Ability to lift 50-60lbs comfortably
