Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pressure Wash Technician to join our team. This role involves performing high-quality cleaning and maintenance services for various facilities and equipment using pressure washing tools. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the physical ability to handle heavy lifting, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and thorough cleaning processes.
Duties
- Operate pressure washing equipment safely and effectively to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment to perform comprehensive cleaning tasks
- Conduct facilities maintenance activities as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep of equipment
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks with attention to detail to meet client specifications
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned jobs within scheduled timeframes
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients regarding work progress and any issues encountered
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations, including proper handling of heavy equipment and materials
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure proper storage of tools and supplies
Experience
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and facilities maintenance is a plus
- Experience in customer service roles is beneficial for interacting professionally with clients
- Strong time management skills are essential for scheduling and completing multiple jobs efficiently
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and work in various outdoor conditions is required
- Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective teamwork and customer interactions

- Valid G driver's licence mandatory
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work hard in all weather conditions
- Physically capable of hands-on outdoor work (lifting, standing, operating equipment)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic we train skills, we can't train character
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
- Weekend availability is required (Saturdays and Sundays)
Pay: $21.00 per hour
