Job Overview
We are seeking a part time Order Picker to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The work is performed inside a large commercial freezer.
Duties
- Pick items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets, use of pallet jack required
- Ensure accuracy in picking orders and maintain productivity standards
- Prepare orders for shipment by packaging items securely
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counting
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a freezer environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order picking
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety procedures is a plus
