Position Summary
We are hiring an experienced Line Cook / Prep Cook who can work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Complete daily food preparation for service.
- Set up and stock stations before each shift.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and portion control.
- Follow food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized throughout the shift.
- Receive, rotate, and properly store food products (FIFO).
- Work as part of a team during busy service periods.
- Assist with cleaning duties at the end of each shift.
- Report equipment issues or food shortages to the Kitchen Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook.
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or pub is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
