XLG Mortgage Group is looking for client-focused, highly motivated agents (new and experienced) to join their team in a fully remote, commission-based role. The position is full-time, with an earning potential of $50,000 to $200,000+ per year, plus additional commission bonuses.
Key Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to foster relationships with clients, lenders, and peers.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client files effectively.
- Proficient time management to meet deadlines and drive client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with mortgage platforms and industry-specific technology is an asset.

Licensing and Certification Requirements:
- New agents welcomed – inhouse course training provided
- Mortgage Agent Level 1 and 2 license
- FSRA-licensed Mortgage Agents in good standing.
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
