What We Need
We are looking for a self-motivated, focused, well-organized individual to join us in the fulltime, permanent role of Manufacturing Operations Technician. What You’ll Bring
- Experience in the production/ manufacturing industry preferred
- Attention to detail and attentiveness
- Balancing multiple tasks; good decision-making, troubleshooting, & problem-solving
- Clear handwriting & math skills
- Self-motivated to drive completion of tasks as quickly and accurately as possible
- Strong time management ability
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Good computer skills: very comfortable in Excel & Word
- Knowledge of ERP systems, (SAGE) is a plus
- Mechanically inclined
- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Forklift experience is an asset; Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating, and maintaining equipment, including dispensing and capping machines, labeling machines, freeze dryers, and printers
- Performing incoming inspections on raw materials
- Removing and restocking inventory
- Pulling finished goods from inventory for outgoing orders
- Inventory counts (monthly cycle and yearly counts)
- Using our ERP system to enter materials used during production
- Building kits on an assembly line process
- Extensive documentation, monitoring & record keeping, including temperatures of fridges, freezers & labs; cleaning & line clearance logs; equipment & maintenance logs and other documents
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
