Join a High-Growth Mortgage Team
We’re looking for a Licensed Mortgage Agent to join our fast-growing, in-office team. This role is ideal for agents who want consistent income, strong lead flow, and the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings through commissions.
Opportunity to generate inbound leads and outbound calling, giving you full control over your pipeline and earning potential.
What You’ll Do
- Work with inbound leads from clients actively seeking mortgage solutions
- Conduct outbound calls to generate new business and build your pipeline
- Assess client financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage products
- Manage files from application through approval and funding
- Follow up consistently to maximize conversion rates
- Build long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business
Requirements
- Valid Mortgage Agent license (preferred not required)
- Previous mortgage, banking, financial sales, direct sales or tele sales experience required
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Comfortable with both inbound and outbound (cold calling) activities
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work full-time in an in-office environment
