Join Our Dental Family – Established, Patient-Focused Practice Seeking an Experienced Dental Administrator
We are a well-established, multi-practitioner dental office that has proudly served our community for over 40 years. Our practice is built on exceptional patient care, teamwork, and creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a full-time Dental Administrator to join our team beginning in September 2026. We are starting our search now and will be conducting interviews and working interviews throughout July.

Position Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of dental administrative experience
- Strong knowledge of dental software (Tracker experience is required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and scheduling abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing outstanding patient-focused care
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Schedule
Full-time hours
Evening shifts required
One Saturday per month required
Key Responsibilities
- Patient scheduling and appointment coordination
- Treatment plan presentation and follow-up
- Insurance processing and claims management
- Patient communication and customer service
- Managing daily administrative operations
- Supporting the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
