What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Senior Account Manager - Financial Institutions. This position falls under our Cross Border line of business and is located in Toronto, Canada. Reporting direclty to the Director Financial Institutions, the Senior Account Manager will work with key areas of the business including Sales, Solutions, Compliance, Cross Border Support and other Functional Departments to ensure long-term growth, retention and profitability throughout the relationship. Ultimately, the position ensures implementation and onboarding milestones as well as payment-based SLAs are met/exceeded to exceed our client’s expectations.

Role Responsibilities
Customer Service – Excellence
- Client Focused: Strong relationship-building and communication skills; detail and action oriented, organized, manages multiple priorities and client expectations. Ensures positive team dynamics; liaise with many Cross Functional departments.
- Proactively assists the client throughout the entire payment process; will understand Corpay Go-To-Market strategies, Payment Subject Matter expertise, workflow solutioning, API integration, Corpay Product and Service offerings.
- Must be able to analyze requests and provide information to resolve the need.
- Becoming a trusted extension of client’s team.
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information and following Best Practices
- Seeking additional synergies. Work independently and with hybrid team.
Administration– Accuracy and efficiency
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments to deliver prompt and informative responses to clients
- Resolving all queries in a timely and professional manner; maintain SLAs.
- Performing customer verifications; Know Your Customer’; be compliant and timely with every task.
- Ability to move milestones through established process with accuracy; suggest improvements in processes.
Customer Satisfaction- Deliver unanticipated value
- Providing professional service, managing internal obstacles invisibly to the client.
- Working quickly to resolve customer issues
- Proactively monitor systems and processes within internal systems to ensure outstanding issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
- Providing feedback to management on customer’s experience and preferences for communication, appreciation, and web content
Teamwork- Collaborate across boundaries
- Working with internal sales, trading and support teams, as well as other internal stakeholders, to fully leverage the capabilities of the organization to drive sales and satisfy our customers.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years successful client facing role as an Account Manager servicing Financial Institutions and complex clients
- Location Toronto
- Assets include- Experience in Management, International F/X and Payments, SWIFT and EFT knowledge, working in a dynamic fast paced environment
- Leading and provide fulsome support for an end-to-end process, capturing information and reconciling data
- IT literate with the ability to quickly learn new systems, processes and troubleshoot.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and time sensitive queries; ownership until resolution

Pay Transparency
This salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range depends on a number of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience training licenses and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is CAD $80,000 to $120,000.
