Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production processes. This role requires mechanical aptitude, safety awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with manufacturing equipment, assembly, and warehouse operations is highly valued.
Duties
- Operate various manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct routine inspections and perform basic troubleshooting to prevent downtime.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to set up and adjust machines as needed.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to ensure safety and productivity.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials using forklifts or other warehouse equipment.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to meet specifications.
- Document production data accurately and report any issues to supervisors promptly.
- Follow standard operating procedures for machine operation and maintenance.
Experience
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments preferred.
- Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus.
- Mechanical knowledge or background in using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment is desirable.
- Experience working with manufacturing machinery or industrial equipment is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious mindset, and ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential skills for success in this role.
Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
