We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. ```Duties```
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Monitor and assess the progress of each child
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
- Follow all licensing regulations and guidelines
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or Alberta ECE Certification
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Strong organizational skills to effectively plan lessons and manage classroom activities
- Leadership abilities to guide and inspire young learners
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of computer operations for instructional purposes
- Time management skills to effectively balance teaching responsibilities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in special education or working with children with special needs
