Nous cherchons un gérant de plancher pour assurer l'exécution des opérations quotidiennes et le support du directeur général. Expérience en gestion et en restauration requise. Disponibilités les soirs et fins de semaine. Lieu de travail dynamique, service rapide et de qualité, volume élevé. Équipe d'une trentaine d'employés. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Supervise and motivate staff, including hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations
- Manage food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards
- Operate POS systems
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control
- Lead customer service initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
- Conduct interviews for potential new hires and participate in team management activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment in accordance with health standards
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Implement hospitality best practices to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or food service leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards
- Experience with POS systems (Lightspeed)
- Supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Skills in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members
- Background in food handling, kitchen operations, and restaurant management preferred
- Knowledge of the food industry trends and hotel or barista experience is a plus
- Leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
