Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to phone etiquette standards
- Assist customers by providing accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
- Perform data entry tasks efficiently to update customer records and transaction details
- Conduct analysis of customer interactions to identify needs and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services
- Engage in active listening to understand customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Promote products or services through effective upselling techniques while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Communicate clearly and effectively in both English and Spanish to serve a diverse customer base
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and follow-up actions as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related roles is preferred
- Strong communication skills, including excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Demonstrated data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail
- Analytical skills to assess customer needs and identify sales opportunities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Familiarity with analysis tools or CRM systems is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while independently managing responsibilities
What to expect:
You will travel occasionally. You are required to have a valid driver’s license and insurance. You will be subject to a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate. Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
