Deluxe Property Pros Inc. is a fully registered and incorporated exterior cleaning company with 5 years of industry experience. We specialize in residential and commercial window cleaning and are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Exterior Window Cleaning Technician to join our growing team in Calgary and surrounding areas.
This role involves exterior window cleaning using water fed pole systems as well as traditional window cleaning methods when required. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality workmanship, and want a role with growth potential, this is a great opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform exterior window cleaning on residential and commercial properties
- Use water fed pole systems for high-quality, streak-free cleaning
- Use traditional window cleaning methods (squeegee, scrubber, ladders) when required
- Safely set up and operate ladders and equipment
- Maintain high attention to detail and quality standards
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Represent Deluxe Property Pros Inc. in a professional manner at all times
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous window cleaning experience is an asset (but not required - training provided)
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Physically capable of lifting equipment and performing manual labour
- Willingness to learn water fed pole window cleaning systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Valid driver’s license (required)
