The Opportunity
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (Casual) to support our home care services as needed. In this role, you will provide clinical support, coordinate care when required, and respond to staffing or client needs on short notice.
This position is best suited for a flexible nurse who is comfortable working on an as-needed basis in a home care setting.

What You’ll Do
- Respond to on-call requests for client or staff support
- Conduct home visits and nursing assessments as needed
- Support care planning and updates in collaboration with the care team
- Assist with client onboarding and care setup
- Provide guidance and support to care aides when required
- Ensure accurate documentation and communication
- Maintain quality and safety standards in client homes
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in British Columbia (in good standing)
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in home care or community nursing is an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in the community
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Requirements Upon Hire
- Clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening
- Proof of TB clearance
- Two supervisory references
- Up-to-date vaccinations (Flu and COVID-19)
