Duties:
-In home visits
-OT receives full 30$ travel fee in addition to hourly pay
-OT provided with all equipment and worksheets necessary for home visits
- Assess, treat and implement pediatric occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide direct patient care and perform therapeutic exercises and activities with a focus on sensory processing
- Help clients develop self-regulation skills, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, executive functioning skills and assistance with ADL's
- Reassess and reevaluate to modify treatment plans as needed
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Job requirements:
-Experience as a Pediatric OT
-Schedule requirements: After school availability Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (3pm-6pm) and/or weekend availability (Sunday 9am-5pm) *Minimum 5 hours a week
-Completed OT Bachelors or Master of OT education
-Licensed under the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
-Valid police check and first aid certification
-Starting hourly pay: 100$/hr
