As a growing Canadian manufacturer with five facilities across Ontario, we're looking for a Shift Supervisor to help lead our operations and support our growing team.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality and Operations Leadership to ensure our operation runs safely, efficiently and on schedule. You'll play a key role in supporting employees on the floor, developing team members, solving problems and creating a positive, accountable work environment.

What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of your assigned shift while promoting a safe, productive and team-oriented work environment.
- Provide coaching, guidance and day-to-day support to production employees to help them succeed.
- Support employee training, onboarding and skill development while reinforcing safe work practices and company standards.
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling and manpower requirements to meet production objectives.
- Monitor production performance and respond quickly to operational challenges to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve performance.
- Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure production, quality and safety documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Communicate priorities, production updates and shift handovers effectively across departments.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork and respect throughout the shift.

Qualifications
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production scheduling and workplace health and safety.
- Experience leading, coaching or developing employees.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn ERP or production management systems.
- Flexibility to support a multi-shift manufacturing operation.
