The Pearle Hotel & Spa is seeking both part-time and full-time Spa Aesthetician to deliver personalized skincare treatments and services that promote relaxation and rejuvenation for guests. They are responsible for providing a variety of aesthetic treatments, and services while ensuring a luxurious and comfortable experience. A Spa Aesthetician also maintains the cleanliness and organization of the spa and product inventory. Their role is crucial in enhancing the guest experience by offering high-quality skincare services in a serene environment.

Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout aesthetic treatments.
- Perform a variety of aesthetic services, including facials, waxing, and body treatments, ensuring adherence to proper operational procedures and maintaining high guest comfort.
- Set up, operate, and clean all treatment equipment, including facial tools, waxing devices, and sterilization units, ensuring readiness and compliance with sanitation protocols.
- Provide individualized services tailored to guest preferences, ensuring treatments align with spa guidelines, and offer post-treatment care advice to enhance results and overall well-being.
- Recommend products that enhance treatment outcomes, striving to achieve or exceed retail sales targets.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring they are well-stocked, sanitized, and ready for each service while upholding a professional and clean spa environment.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and offering solutions as needed.
- Manage lost and found items, documenting and following property protocol for proper handling.
- Actively promote spa services, special events, and initiatives to retain and attract guests.
- Stay current with industry trends, attending training, meetings, and updates to ensure knowledge of best practices and new treatments
What we would like you to bring to this position:
- Must possess a valid Aesthetician degree or certification from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience working in a luxury spa or a well-established Spa brand.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Exceptional Guest Service: Ability to engage with guests, listen to their needs, and provide a personalized, high-quality experience that exceeds expectations.
- Skincare Expertise: Proficiency in a wide range of aesthetic services, including facials, waxing, and body treatments, with a strong understanding of skincare products and post-treatment care.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring precision in performing treatments, maintaining cleanliness and organization in treatment rooms, and following proper sanitation protocols.
- Sales and Product Knowledge: Ability to recommend and upsell retail products based on guest needs, contributing to achieving retail sales targets.
- Professionalism and Discretion: Maintaining a courteous, discreet, and professional demeanor at all times while creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests.
- Time Management and Efficiency: Capable of managing multiple tasks and treatment appointments in a fast-paced environment while ensuring each guest receives exceptional attention.
