Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Multi Site Retail & Ecommerce Operations Supervisor oversee the daily operations across multiple retail locations and online platforms. This leadership role requires a proactive individual with strong business acumen, excellent project management skills, and a passion for driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing operational efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and leading teams to achieve business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple retail stores and ecommerce channels to ensure seamless integration and consistent brand experience
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales, improve processes, and expand business development opportunities
- Lead, motivate, and supervise store managers and staff, fostering a high-performance team culture
- Manage inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and merchandising strategies to maximize profitability
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and adjust operational strategies accordingly
- Coordinate cross-functional projects aimed at process improvement, technology upgrades, and customer engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that drive traffic both online and in-store
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management, ecommerce operations, or related leadership roles with supervising responsibilities
- Strong background in sales growth, business development, and project management
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams across multiple locations with effective supervision skills
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and technological advancements
