Window Mart is a leading Canadian window and door company serving homeowners across Western Canada. We are looking for a Website Administrator & SEO Coordinator to help manage, improve, and grow our online presence.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with WordPress and SEO experience who wants to develop their digital marketing and website management skills within a growing company. Students and recent graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company website using WordPress
- Update website content, images, service information, and landing pages
- Create new pages to support business growth and SEO initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams to identify website improvements and content updates
- Monitor website performance and recommend optimization opportunities
- Support ongoing SEO efforts to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic
- Assist with website functionality improvements and user experience enhancements
- Collaborate with the team on CRM and website integration projects
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience working with WordPress
- Basic to intermediate SEO knowledge and hands-on experience
- Experience updating website content and creating new pages
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with different departments
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with website optimization and performance improvements
- Familiarity with CRM systems and website integrations
- Knowledge of AI Search Optimization (AEO/GEO/AI SEO) is an asset
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar SEO tools
- Digital marketing or web administration background
