Responsibilities
- Perform a range of spa treatments including body Massage, body waxing, makeup application, and other beauty services with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Deliver outstanding guest services by understanding individual needs and customizing treatments accordingly.
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards throughout all treatments and work areas.
- Provide product demos and educate clients on skincare, beauty products, and retail options to support sales goals.
- Assist at the front desk with guest check-ins, scheduling appointments, and answering client inquiries.
- Upsell spa packages, retail products, and additional services to enhance revenue opportunities.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and inviting environment that promotes relaxation and comfort for all guests.
- Stay informed about new treatments, industry trends, and product lines to offer current expertise to clients.
