Duties:
- Perform a variety of skilled tasks in construction, maintenance, and repair projects
- Operate and maintain various tools and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment
- Assist with the installation, assembly, and repair of structures and systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a skilled laborer in a construction or maintenance setting
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
