Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Server/Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities
- Serve guests by attending to their needs promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces according to company standards
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities as needed
- Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- Assist with laundry duties when required
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and professionalism at all times
Experience
- Previous custodial or custodial experience in hotels or industrial settings is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
