Facility Groundskeeper
Future Nets & Supplies LTD is located at 48 Armstrong Loop Rd, Pennfield NB and is looking to fill the position of Facility & Groundskeeper to assist with building, shop, and yard maintenance. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys varied work and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient facility.
Responsibilities:
· Perform general building cleaning (office, lunchroom and shops)
· Maintain the shop area and yard (floor sweeping and cleaning, when necessary, light snow removal around doors and walkways, trash and garbage removal)
· Inspect, clean, and organize storage areas, windows and equipment
· Operate light equipment and tools safely
· Support safe operations through regular upkeep and inspections of equipment used while performing duties
· Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
· Enjoy’s cleaning
· Take pleasure and pride in maintaining a clean and tidy site
· Self-motivated, well-organized
· Able to or be trained in the safe operation of riding lawn mower, weed eater, and forklift
· Safely use cleaning agents and chemicals when needed
· Support safe operations through regular upkeep and inspections
· Enjoy working on your own or lend a helping hand when needed.
· Operate light tools safely
