Grocery Delivery Driver / Inventory Driver
Overview
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Grocery Delivery Driver / Inventory Driver to join our team. This role involves delivering groceries to our stores, managing inventory in warehouse settings, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, physical stamina for heavy lifting, and experience in warehouse operations or commercial driving. - Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport groceries and supplies to location/s.
- Assist with inventory management, including moving and organizing stock within the warehouse using equipment such as forklifts when necessary
- Load and unload heavy items, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage or injury
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times and address any concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory movements
- Follow safety protocols during all operations, including proper use of equipment and adherence to traffic laws
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient route planning and timely deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or appropriate driving credentials preferred
- Experience in warehouse operations, moving heavy items, or forklift operation is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Physical ability to lift heavy loads regularly and perform manual tasks involving movement of goods
- Good organizational skills for inventory management and route coordination
- Prior experience in commercial driving or delivery services is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining safety standards

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
