Job Overview

Duties
- Interpret and follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate project execution.
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and related restoration tasks with precision.
- Install siding and other exterior building components using hand tools and power tools.
- Operate heavy equipment safely for excavation, lifting, and material transport.
- Execute carpentry tasks including framing, woodwork, and custom woodworking projects.
- Use welding techniques for structural repairs or assembly as needed.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for various construction activities.
- Conduct heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks to support project requirements.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction-related roles with knowledge of blueprint reading, concrete forming, siding installation, carpentry, and welding.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment.
- Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings is preferred.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in demanding environments for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites.
- Prior experience in restoration projects is a plus.
