Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and motivated individual to handle all tasks required for daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is comfortable multitasking.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Serving customers and providing excellent customer service
- Taking orders (in-store and delivery platforms) and handling cash
- Preparing smoothies, cocktails, ice cream, coffee, tea , and desserts
- Preparing fresh fruits and ingredients for daily use
- Maintaining cleanliness of the shop, equipment, and workstations
- Opening and closing duties as scheduled
- Stocking supplies and assisting with inventory
- Following food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Supporting promotional activities and upselling products
- Assisting management with daily operational needs
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food & beverage or customer service is an asset (not mandatory)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Availability to work flexible shifts (including evenings and weekends)
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
