About the Role
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Clinic Receptionist to keep our Etobicoke physiotherapy clinic running smoothly. You'll be the face and voice of the clinic for our patients, coordinating schedules, handling billing, and making sure every visit feels seamless, while supporting our therapists behind the scenes with the organization they need to focus on patient care.

- A confident communicator, whether in person, on the phone, or by email
- Someone customer service minded with genuine warmth and strong interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliably punctual
- Comfortable with computers, typing, email, scanning, and clinic management software
- A self-starter who works well independently but is just as strong on a team
Qualifications
Preference given to candidates who meet the following:
- 1+ years of experience in a medical office, hospitality, or customer service role (physiotherapy clinic experience is a strong asset)
- Familiarity with Jane App or another EMR system
- Quick to pick up new software and systems
- Excellent phone manner and interpersonal communication
- Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining a professional standard
Key Responsibilities
- Manage phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries with a welcoming, professional tone
- Schedule appointments and keep clinic flow running efficiently
- Process payments and handle billing
- Track and maintain clinic inventory
- Support day-to-day clinic operations and help ensure compliance with health regulations and policies
- Proofread outgoing documents for accuracy
- Act as a liaison between patients and therapists to keep communication clear on both sides
