Overview
We are looking for a motivated, target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through our service offerings and converting inquiries into signed consultations. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a genuine interest in helping people navigate their immigration journey.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person inquiries to understand their immigration needs and goals
- Clearly explain Arkway's range of services (study visas, work permits, permanent residency, spousal/visitor visas, LMIA) and recommend the right solutions
- Conduct initial needs assessments and schedule paid consultations with licensed RCIC team members
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for consultation bookings and service package conversions
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions using our CRM system
- Follow up professionally with leads and past inquiries to nurture relationships and drive repeat business
- Stay informed on current Canadian immigration pathways and program updates to confidently address client questions
- Collaborate with the case processing team to ensure smooth handoffs from sales to service delivery
- Represent Arkway Immigration at community events, college partnership fairs, and outreach programs as needed
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in all client communications
Skills & Qualifications
- Sales Experience: 1+ years in consultative or service-based sales (immigration, education, legal, or financial services preferred)
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English; multilingual abilities (Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Spanish, or Tagalog) are a strong asset
- Customer Focus: Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented when working with diverse client backgrounds
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and records in a fast-paced environment
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM software, MS Office, phone systems, and online communication platforms
- Knowledge of Immigration: Familiarity with Canadian visa categories and IRCC processes is an advantage but not required — training will be provided
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and consistently hit performance targets
