Position Summary
We are currently seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting branch operations, maintaining strong customer relationships, and contributing to overall sales growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and solutions-focused customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Process sales orders, purchase orders, quotations, and customer inquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Assess customer needs and provide product information, pricing, and order status updates.
- Coordinate closely with operations and shipping teams to ensure accurate and timely customer deliveries.
- Support inventory activities including inventory counts, product ordering, and showroom maintenance.
- Process daily sales transactions and assist with balancing receipts and invoices.
- Maintain awareness of market conditions, competitor activity, and customer opportunities.
- Assist with identifying and developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Support branch operations and provide backup assistance to other team functions as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of sales or customer service experience, preferably within the building materials or related industry.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and point-of-sale or ERP systems is considered an asset.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
