Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Aluminum and Siding Installer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing siding and aluminum fixtures on residential and commercial buildings. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Duties
- Measure and interpret blueprints to determine installation requirements
- Install aluminum siding, panels, and related materials on various structures
- Use hand tools such as hammers, drills, and saws to perform installations accurately
- Apply caulking and sealants to ensure weatherproofing and finish quality
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely during installation processes
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout each project
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience with siding installation, aluminum work, or related construction tasks
- Proficiency in using hand tools and basic carpentry skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Experience with caulking, sealing, and weatherproofing techniques
- Physical ability for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working at heights
- Handyman experience or general construction knowledge is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable transportation to job sites; valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
