Our well-established, fast pace and growing organization is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience related to assisting customers and the use of various systems and software applications, as well as demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide the most appropriate solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Work with other departments to resolve customer service issues.
- Perform multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- Reach out to other departments when necessary.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Resolve complaints by understanding customer's needs and providing an appropriate solution.
- Communicate with customers via email, social media, phones.
- Work well with other team members.
- Have a positive attitude.

Experience:
- Client Care Representative: 2 years (preferred)
