We’re hiring an
Accounts Payable Clerk for our Delta office. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with numbers, likes structure, and takes pride in getting the details right.

Enter and process invoices accurately and on time

Prepare and post invoice batches

Maintain vendor records and keep information up to date

Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies

Support cheque runs and payment processing

Post pre-authorized payments and maintain documentation

Provide general administrative support as needed

Organized, reliable, and detail-focused

Comfortable working with high-volume, routine tasks

Strong communication skills
-
Able to manage deadlines and work independently

1+ year of Accounts Payable experience

Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred)

Strata or property management experience is an asset
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
