Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate counter server to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality or customer service.
You will be responsible for taking orders, making coffee and serving customers.
This role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide range coffees and teas.
- Service of Baked goods and Gelato.
- Ensure all Front of house areas are clean and adhere to food safety standards.
- Operate POS system for orders and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of production quantities and waste.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure the safety of all products.
Skills
- Experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices.
- Proficient in using POS systems for order management.
- Basic math skills for taking payments accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for creating delicious baked goods.
