Looking for a Licensed Paralegal to join our Toronto office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal abilities when dealing with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily communication with clients, counsel, insurance adjusters, healthcare providers, and staff.
- Review clients’ medical documentation and other files in detail.
- Handle OCF forms and ensure compliance with the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS).
- Draft letters to various parties, including insurance companies, doctors, OHIP, police, clinics, and defence counsel.
- Maintain office files and ensure clients receive the appropriate benefits under SABS, including drafting LAT applications.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Experience & Knowledge: At least 1 year of accident benefits experience, with a solid understanding of SABS and the LAT process.
- Work Style: Able to manage a high-volume, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking, writing, verbal and written communication, and technical proficiency (Microsoft Office, Outlook).
- Organization & Focus: Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple priorities effectively.

Salary: Range is from $45,000 - $65,000 per year,
