Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Manager/Pharmacist in Charge to oversee daily pharmacy operations. This leadership role requires a licensed pharmacist with strong clinical knowledge and supervisory experience to ensure the safe, effective, and compliant dispensing of medications. Duties
- Manage pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing, inventory control, and staff supervision
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations and safety standards
- Provide expert guidance on medication administration and patient care protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy management
- Oversee the preparation and review of prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and appropriateness
- Maintain detailed documentation for audits, licensing requirements, and quality assurance purposes
- Lead efforts to improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Valid Pharmacist license in Ontario
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a registered Pharmacist in Ontario
- Valid injection training and first aid certificate
- Excellent patient care skills with a focus on safety, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Proficiency in using Kroll computer software and in insurance billing
- Demonstrated leadership abilities or supervisory experience in a pharmacy environment
- Experience in all expanded scope services including: injection administration, medication reviews and minor ailments prescribing
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry regulations and best practices
- Fluency in both English and Persian (Farsi)
- Outstand customer service skills

Pay: $52.00-$58.00 per hour
