Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Crew Member for our roof rejuvenation service team. As a Crew Member, you’ll be responsible for supporting the on-site work, ensuring safe and efficient project completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a fast-growing, environmentally conscious company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on roofs applying roof rejuvenation treatments.
- Have the ability to work with pumps, sprayers, equipment and tools.
- Perform minor fixes to roofs and shingles (experience required)
- Set up and break down equipment and materials at job sites.
- Effectively communicate with homeowners.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during the project.
- Communicate effectively with the Crew Lead and team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Load/unload materials and assist with transporting equipment.
Qualifications:
- Those with roofing experience will be considered first.
- Ability to work outdoors and at heights. (possess working at heights cert.)
- Strong communication skills - experience dealing with homeowners.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour.
- Valid driver’s license.
