Estimating/Project coordinator
TYPHOON MASONRY,
Looking for an Estimator with 1-2 years of experience in estimation of residential/commercial projects.
- Ability to read and comprehend Specs and Drawings to provide a quality estimate.
- Understand the scope of work, and Prepare estimates and Orders for projects.
- Prepare bids for ongoing tenders with an emphasis in understanding and evaluating risk.
- Communicate with vendors and team members about new and current projects.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors
- Ensure timely completion of estimates and evaluate cost estimates on a schedule basis.
- Invoicing and maintaining payment records in Quickbooks.
A University Degree/Technology diploma in Construction Engineering Technology would be an asset. Knowledge in Planswift software and Quickbooks would be considered an asset.
