- Review and manage project budgets, track costs, and report on project financial performance
- Prepare, review, and negotiate change orders and subcontract scopes
- Assist with estimating and tender preparation, including quantity takeoffs, pricing, and bid assembly
- Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure scope is clearly understood and accurately priced
- Analyze job cost data and past estimates to identify trends and improve future pricing accuracy
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, and general contractors

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial plumbing or sheet metal environment (field, office, or both)
- Previous project management or estimating experience is a strong asset
- Strong blueprint reading skills and ability to interpret mechanical specifications
- Proficient in Excel; comfortable working with Windows-based software and project tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to review job costs and estimate data to identify patterns and improve accuracy
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
- Effective communicator who works well within a team and can coordinate across multiple stakeholders
- Self-motivated and able to take ownership of your projects with minimal supervision
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation commensurate with experience (see salary details on our posting)
- Comprehensive health and wellness benefits program
- RRSP matching program
- Cell phone allowance
- Flexible work-from-home options (limited)
- A stable, established company with a collaborative team culture and a strong project pipeline
